Events
We have a wealth of experience in catering for all types of events including conferences, dinners, birthday parties and balls. We can offer drinks receptions and private dining in various venues throughout the hotel, including the Drawing Room and Bistro where you will find incredible views across the West Sands and Bay. Alternatively, the Tom Morris Ballroom provides the prefect area for conferences, dinners and parties for between 40 and 200 guests. DAY MEETING (7 days a week)
Includes use of the meeting room, data projector, screen and flipchart (subject to availability and a charge if hired in), complimentary high speed internet access, 3 servings of tea or coffee (with 2 homemade biscuits, doughnuts or muffins), either a 2 course fixed price lunch or baguettes, salad and fries, half a bottle of water per person (additional drinks will be chargeable), meeting sweeties and a fresh fruit bowl. 10 guests or more.
24-HOUR MEETING (Sunday-Thursday)
Includes use of the meeting room, data projector, screen and flipchart (subject to availability and a charge if hired in), complimentary high speed internet access, 3 servings of tea or coffee (2 with homemade biscuits, doughnuts or muffins), either a 2 course fixed price lunch or baguettes, salad and fries, half a bottle of mineral water per person (additional drinks will be chargeable), meeting sweeties and a fresh fruit bowl, plus a 3 course fixed price dinner, overnight accommodation and breakfast.

Christmas
We have several packages on offer across the festive season. Our Christmas Party Nights will run on weekends throughout December, as well as our Festive Menu in the Bistro. We can also offer exclusive use of the Ballroom for Christmas parties or lunches - or alternatively for a more intimate affair our Drawing Room is available for private dining and cocktail parties.
