Begin the celebrations with Champagne Reception prior to a Gala Dinner in The Ballroom of the Tom Morris Suite. This is a strictly black tie affair and includes dancing to "The Gallavanters Ceilidh Band" until 1.00am. Champagne and black bun will be served at the bells after which our traditional stovies which are available in the cocktail bar until the early hours.
