Parking
There is free on street parking at the front of the Hotel
and a free car park at the rear, however if you are unable
to find a space we also have six private parking spaces
at the immediate rear of the Hotel primarily for disabled/infirm
guests. Please contact Reception who will assist in organising
your parking as far as possible.
Laundry
We provide a same day outside laundry service, dry cleaning
can be done in 24 hours. Tariffs are displayed in the
rooms.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the hotel. There is a patio/terrace area with outdoor heaters where smoking is permitted just outside number forty cocktail bar. Ma Bells has a smoking area outside the front of the bar.
Currency & Credit cards
We accept £ sterling, Visa,
Mastercard, Delta, Switch, Solo, Electron and American
Express (only available to residents). We are happy to arrange account
facilities for corporate customers.
Medical and Dental
24 local doctor/medical service available near by. Dentist
in the town centre.
Pets
Well behaved dogs of any kind are welcome, subject to
a nightly charge of £5.00. Can they please bring
their own bedding. Dogs are not allowed in any of the
public areas (except for guide dogs)
Special Diets
We will cater for just about any special diets, but advance
notice is preferred. Vegetarian options are available
at all times in our lounges and restaurant.
Children and families
Children of all ages are welcome. Lovely family rooms are available. Charges when staying with parents:
0-5: free
5-15: £15.00 B & B, other meals charges when sharing a room with 2 adults
Cots and high chairs are available. We can assist in sourcing baby sitting facilities
What is and is not included in price
All quoted prices are inclusive of VAT at the ruling rate.
There is no service charge, gratuities are left to customers’
discretion.
