Private Dining is
available in three different areas of the hotel, each
room offers a variety of seating arrangements to cater
for your own specific requirements. Menus can be written
especially for you and advice can be given on your wine
selections to compliment your meal.
The Boardroom
For groups of 8 or more we can host a private dinner in the boardroom which overlooks St Andrews Bay and Links. We would be delighted to discuss all your specific requirements with you directly, however to give you an idea of what we can offer: Pre dinner drink receptions, canapes, whisky/wine tasting, specific Scottish dishes to enhance your dinner such as haggis and even Scottish entertainment if you so desire. This is an excellent way to welcome or indeed send off your group so they truly have an experience never to be forgotten.
The Dining Room
If you were to use the Dining Room for your meal you
could enjoy a pre-dinner drink in the Cocktail Bar and
following dinner you could relax over coffee in the
Front Lounge.
Can seat a maximum of 72 people, depending on how you
arrange the room.
Like the Vardon Suite you have wonderful views over
St Andrews Bay.
The Tom Morris Suite
Seating is on round tables with a maximum of 180 people.
Other table arrangements are also available and for
smaller groups the room can be divided into two separate
areas: a bar/seating area and a dining area.
From this room you have access from the patio doors
out into the garden which is an ideal area on a lovely
summer evening for drinks. |
